Your day stay program includes the full program, all meals and retreat inclusions* and access to all retreat facilities (plus our pool and spa bathrooms); only you arrange your own accommodation outside the resort. Drive up to the retreat each morning in time for Yoga, and leave after dinner. Towels, robe and slippers provided plus your own secure locker. Secure parking on-site. *Please note, the Resolution Retreats Weight Loss Guarantee does not apply to day-stay guests.
